By downloading, installing, or using the Wriddles mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

II. Description of Service

Wriddles is a mobile application that allows users to:

• Browse and solve riddles and brain teasers
• Submit their own riddles for others to solve
• Interact with other users through comments and voting
• Track their progress and achievements
• Participate in community discussions

III. User Accounts

A. Account Creation

To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You can create an account using:

• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In (iOS only)
• Guest mode (limited features)

B. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

IV. User-Generated Content

A. Content Submission

You may submit riddles, comments, and other content ("User Content") to the App. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the right to submit the content
• The content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• The content is not harmful, offensive, or inappropriate
• The content does not contain personal information of others

B. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

• Review all User Content before it becomes public
• Remove content that violates these Terms
• Use AI-powered moderation to filter inappropriate content
• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

C. Content License

By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the App.

V. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App to:

• Submit content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

VI. Intellectual Property

A. Our Content

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Wriddles and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

B. User Content

You retain ownership of your User Content, but grant us the license described in Section IV.C above.

VII. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the App.

VIII. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT

IX. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

X. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wriddles and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

XI. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

XII. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

XIII. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
